Refund and Chargeback Policy

At Quick Web Solutions, we aim to ensure client satisfaction with every service and transaction. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and chargebacks related to our digital products and services.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment if work has not yet begun.
- Once a project has started, refunds may only be issued for the uncompleted portion of the work, at our discretion.
- Completed services such as web design, development, or marketing campaigns are non-refundable due to the nature of custom and digital work.
- Refunds for third-party services or tools (such as hosting, domains, or plugins) are subject to those providers’ terms.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@quickweb-solutions.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll review your case and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
- Custom design, development, or consulting work that has already begun.
- Completed and delivered digital projects or marketing campaigns.
- Monthly or subscription-based services that have already been used.
- Domain registration, hosting, or third-party software fees.
4. Chargeback Policy
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a payment with their bank or card provider. While we understand chargebacks may be necessary in cases of unauthorized transactions, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue directly.
Before Filing a Chargeback:
- Contact our support team at support@quickweb-solutions.com.
- We’ll investigate and respond promptly to find a fair resolution.
- Most payment concerns can be resolved without involving your bank.
If a Chargeback Is Filed:
- We’ll provide documentation (invoices, emails, work logs) to your payment provider showing that services were delivered as agreed.
- Clients who file fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may have future service suspended or terminated.
- Chargebacks for completed and approved work will be disputed.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and work with your payment provider to resolve the issue.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after work starts, a partial refund may be issued for uncompleted work only.
- Once a project is delivered and approved, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Dispute Resolution
