4. Payments and Invoicing

• All payments are due as outlined in your invoice or project agreement.
• Work on a project may begin only after receiving the agreed deposit.
• Late payments may delay project delivery or result in suspension of services until payment is received.
• All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may request a cancellation before project work begins. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the amount of work completed.
• Digital products, custom designs, and completed services are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Revisions and Approvals

• Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as mentioned in the proposal or agreement.
• Additional revisions or major design changes may incur extra costs.
• Final approval from the client confirms acceptance of all deliverables. After approval, any new changes will be treated as a new task or project.

7. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, ownership of the final website design, source files, and other deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
• Quick Web Solutions retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, or stock photos) remain subject to their original licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quick Web Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. While we take all reasonable precautions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Third-Party Services

Our projects may include integrations with third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting, payment gateways, or APIs). We are not responsible for issues caused by those third parties or their policies.
